/ Milk and dairy products from Ripolles
In Ripolles, some of the milch and dairy producers have joined together to funde the Ripolles agri-food producers association. We elaborate a wide kind of artisain products following traditional methods, from raw or pasteurized milk of cow, goat or sheep produced at the same dairy farms or others from territory, preferably the nearest one. The origin of the raw material recives a maximum controll in order to guarantee an excellent quality.
The dairy products produced by the association members are: fermented milk or keffir, mató, brossat or brull, cheese cake, crème caramel, yogurt, cream cheese, soft fresh, tender and ripened cheeses. Each dairy has a different products offer, all of them with an excellent quality.
