/ Ripollès Ratafia
Ratafia made with 100% natural and artisan products, following the old recipes. Only raw material from the region harvested manually in the forests is used and the rest of the products (50% of new greens and spices) are bought from professionals who are required to produce a high quality product.
The ratafia is made from twenty-eight herbs and spices, with an aniseed cream base. It is macerated for a minimum of five novenas, stirring often so that the ingredients are well mixed and release their taste.
A syrup made from cane sugar is then added and left to rest for another three nineties before bottling. At the end of the process, we let it rest in the bottles for another seven to nine minutes, the minimum period necessary for the tastes and aromas of the liqueurs to marry in perfect harmony.
