/ cake from Ripolles
Bakers and pastry chefs of the small agri-food processors association from Ripolles have joined efforts to create a new different product called "coca del Ripolles".
The ingredients to make it are: flour, eggs, sansa oil, sugar, water, milk, salt, powdered aniseed, powdered cinnamon and impeller. For decoration is added almond sticks and sugar.
In fact it is like a "pa de pessic" in circular cake form with 20 centimeters of diameter and of a thickness between 4 and 7 centimeters. One of its distintive features is its soft flavour of species.
The ingredients quallity is controlled and guaranteed at the pastry and bakeries of our region. It's sold packaged in a unified box which was designed by all establishments adhering to the brand.
