Carles i Mila
Carles and Mila butchery was founded at 1990 and is a traditional family establishment. Most of the products we sell in the butchery come from Ripollès farms, many of it are on Ripollès product.
Butchery has a workshop where the sausages are made with pork from Ripollès, especially the "llonganisseta", without additives, preservatives or coloring, as they were made in past. Also typical cold meat from region are elaborated: "Bulls, longanizas, butifarras," among others.
All the products we make sell them in the same establishment.
